This seminar highlights current developments in the mechanisms being used to more accurately target the poor. The speakers discuss their recent efforts to apply machine learning methods to newly released and proprietary data from key humanitarian agencies to develop more effective and operationalizable targeting strategies that provide a more reliable complementarity between PMT and multidimensional methods.
